I had an absolutely amazing time and the staff were friendly and professional. From booking to appointment everything was seemless. I had a lovely chat with Nashwyn who is an incredible artists and beautiful soul and most important my tattoo looks amazing.
The service received was extremely unprofessional , they confirmed a booking with me for 7th Jan, I paid the deposit which they were keeping on for confirmation of payment which I sent into different formats.On they 7th they send me a message to say that they still on leave only reopening the 10th, yet on I saw videos of tattoos being done prior to the 10th shared on social media. I suspect that they cancelled my appointment to take on a bigger job. Wouldn’t recommend based on the service I received. Very unprofessional!
