Devon Slaves Tattoos

I was there yesterday for my first time and got my first tattoo and he made me felt comfortable.can see he definitely has a passion for what his doing.everyone loves my tattoo...he deserves 10*

I have used Devon before and decided to use him again when having a special. I asked him if the tattoo would be completed in a day session he has confirmed it would. Long story short the tattoo was not completed and I even made a over payment to have the tattoo completed in a future session. After many disputes with him I provided him with all our chats, time started and ended. He now refuses to read my messages or return my over payment. Never wishing anyone no success. But so much to trying to support a local business that still needs growth in the industry.
