I visited the store having seen a piece of "surgical steel" jewelry on the website. When entering I was greeted (or I at least greeted her) by a very grumpy and unfriendly lady (I think the owner) who directed me upstairs. After finding the piece and coming back downstairs, I first had to wait for her to finish scrolling through social media before paying me any attention (seemed to be a major effort). I had noticed no other clients so asked if she could change out my jewelry even if it was at an additional cost. She told me she had an appointment in 30 minutes and couldn't do it. I have had many healed piercings and changing jewelry has never taken more than 10 minutes. I purchased the jewelry anyway but a week after having it in my ear came to realise that it was only the post and captive bead which is surgical steel. The metal surrounding the diamanté is not and discoloured the skin above my rook (green) and caused irritation. Needless to say, it wasn't just frustrating interacting with the individual but it was a waste of my money too.
