This is not a hit at anyone but had the worste experience here and I'll state facts. I put my deposit and booked for a Friday...take off the day...I arrive to the tattoo shop...and am told they double booked and made a mistake...I was chilled even though I had to re arrange the day because of it...they say we will do it next week...the morning of I get a message something has come up...so must change my day at work again...I'm chilled say all good they say they will text me the next week Monday...next week comes no message around what's happening...so I ask if I'm going to have to knock on their door to find out what's happening with my deposit...only then I get a response after being chilled...I'm told im being threatening and other people wait longer...just stating facts...I got my deposite back so was happy but i was made to look wrong here and i feel people should know i haven't made anything up just facts I could post screen shots of the way they dealt with this The discount she is talking about was only 100. And I didn't ask for it. In my business when there was a need I came and helped immediately. She is saying like it was a mistake once...when in actual fact it was twice . And if I were to miss a appointment.i loose my deposite...which is fair. The two days I took off I put off work they don't care that they wasn't my time which is money. And Im bringing this up now cause the tattoo on the back of my neck done by Mandy is skew doesn't line up and some of the lines didn't link up. I had to go fix it up at my expense recently so yes I can say if you done wrong..it was a while back but just recently my tattoo artist pointed out that it needs fixing and wanted to know who done it. Back then if they had communicated instead of not responding I would have said I'm cool and was chilled.the day she made a mistake i said cool the next Friday cool it was only when there was no communication. And don't talk about money I always payed for the hours even wanted to upfront. But yeah that my experience with this company take it or leave it. And if anyone wants proof I have it. And if they had said cool we made a mistake how can we make it right? I would have been chilled but she defended herself. I run a small business and no one can say I dont put my clients first. That didn't happen like if you have a deposit at least get back to the person the only time she replied was when I said do I need to come knock. Even if I got a text still dealing with something I would have been chilled. Lastly the whole reason I'm being this up is because I had to fix their mess up recently and though wait people should hear this. In business if I do wrong like miss a appointment I make it right or stay in contact and explain that didn't happen the first time I went to the shop to be turned around...second time message the morning of any normal person would be like hey. And when I gave them my services I would come by for things and fix and be chilled now charge even if it's small stuff I didn't receive the same respect. And finally I have the proof that it was only after me text must I knock on you door that you responded. I fight for something when someone blatantly lies. And just by the way no one can ruine your business if you work correctly so I'm not ruining it everyone is free to have their own opinion this is mine. And everyone is free to have theirs I'm stating it. As I had to fix your mess up and back then you messed me around two Fridays with only on the day text or coming through then nothing till I said what I said and never once did I swear or anything if anything I was more than accommodating till it went too far it's facts please don't try to manipulate the truth and act all good. Take ownership of your actions Thank you have a good day P.s anyone would like proof ask and I will forward it and explain On the phone added.at various spots the lines are not good.. the shading isn't followed through basic stuff. I trusted the workmanship a artist said dude it looks off some how.i paid 500 per hour.
