I purchased a Wikideals coupon for a tattoo valued at R1200, which covered a one-hour session. After repeatedly requesting an appointment for nearly a month, I finally managed to secure one. I specifically chose a small tattoo, mindful that it could be completed within the allotted hour to avoid any additional charges. However, the artist, Craig, extended the session by 20 minutes, seemingly on purpose, and then charged me an extra R300 for the overrun. I found this unreasonable and frustrating. On top of that, their customer service was unprofessional, and the entire experience felt exploitative. I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.
